WHAT YOU'LL DO

People skills matter more than a perfect résumé.

We're looking for motivated communicators who can be professional, consistent, organized, and comfortable speaking with people by phone.

  • Contact assigned prospects by phone and approved communication methods.
  • Explain OwedPoint's services clearly without making guarantees.
  • Record outreach activity and lead updates in the Claims Specialist portal.
  • Follow OwedPoint scripts, disclosures, compliance rules, and training.
  • Follow up with interested claimants until the lead is handed into the recovery process.
COMPENSATION

Performance-based. Paid quarterly.

Claims Specialists are independent contractors and earn commission on qualifying assigned claims that result in successful recoveries.

Because an unclaimed-property recovery may take several weeks or months, eligible commissions are paid quarterly after OwedPoint receives the applicable recovery fee. There is no guarantee that any lead will result in a recovery or commission.

Important: This is not a salaried or hourly employment offer. Approved specialists complete contractor onboarding, including W-9 information and payout setup.
